The Family Sharing function allows you to share your owned nights with family members or partners, up to the total number of nights you possess.
Invited members can book a house using the shared nights, just like the owner.
*In this article, the person sending the invitation is referred to as the "Owner," while the person receiving the invitation is referred to as the "Member."

For Owners: Sharing Nights
Eligible Participants
Owners can share their nights with:
- Immediate family members within the second degree of kinship and partners.
- If the owner is a corporation, employees and executives.
- If the owner is an association, its members.
Rules for Sharing Nights
- Selectable Nights: Can be set from 1 night up to the total owned nights.
- Validity Period: From April to March of the following year (auto-renews).
- Nights Deduction Timing: When a member makes a reservation.
*The number of nights not used by the members within the shared stay period will not affect the owner's available reservation nights.
How to Invite Members
- Open MY HOUSE and select the house you want to share.
- Tap the button at the bottom right and choose Family Sharing.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to set the number of nights and whether reservations for high seasons are allowed.
- Generate an invitation code and send it to your family or partner via your preferred method.
How to Cancel Sharing
- Open MY HOUSE and select the house you want to stop sharing.
- Tap the button at the bottom right and choose Family Sharing.
- Select the member whose sharing you wish to cancel.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation.
Important Notes on Night Sharing
- Only the owner can share nights.
- Up to five members can be added per house.
- Once invited, the sharing continues until it is manually canceled.
- To change invitation details, you must first cancel the existing sharing and set it up again.
For Members: Using Shared Nights
Eligible Participants
Members can book NOT A HOTEL via the app using the shared nights.
Reservations can be made for self-use or reciprocal use.
How to Accept an Invitation
- Open the message from the owner and tap "Accept Invitation Code" for NOT A HOTEL.
- Review the details and follow the on-screen instructions to accept the invitation.
The displayed number of available nights reflects the maximum at that moment. Actual availability depends on the owner’s reservations.
Checking Available Nights & Booking Process
Members can check and use shared nights by:
- Opening MY HOUSE and selecting the house.
- Tapping Book at the bottom right and choosing either Own Use or NOT A HOTEL EXCHANGE.
Please check the calendar for available dates when making a reservation.
Important Usage Notes
- CLUB HOUSE cannot be used.
- Nights cannot be transferred to other members or gifted.
- Financial reports are not accessible to members.
- The Owner's Locker is unavailable for members.
Payment Methods
Charges for Dining & On-Site Services
- Any expenses for dining or on-site services, such as Tesla rentals, must be paid by the member.
- If the owner wishes to cover the cost, they can use the bill-splitting feature in the app.
Cancellation Fees, Reciprocal Use Adjustments, and Self-Use Fees
- Even if the reservation is made by a member, the associated fees will be deducted from the owner’s hotel revenue.
