(Scope of Application)
Article 1
- The accommodation contract and related contracts concluded between this hotel and the guest shall be subject to the provisions of this agreement, and matters not provided for in this agreement shall be governed by laws or generally established customs.
(Application for Accommodation Contract)
Article 2

Anyone who wishes to apply for an accommodation contract with this hotel shall provide the following information to this hotel. Please note that applications are limited to the methods specified by this hotel.
- Name of the guest
- Accommodation date and expected arrival time
- Accommodation fee (based on the basic accommodation fee listed in Appendix 1, as a general rule.)
- Other matters deemed necessary by this hotel
- In principle, applications made by 5:00 p.m. on the day before the accommodation date will be valid.
- If a guest requests to continue the accommodation beyond the accommodation date specified in Article 1, item 2 during their stay, this hotel will treat the request as a new application for an accommodation contract at the time the request is made.
(Formation of Accommodation Contract, etc.)
Article 3

The accommodation contract is concluded upon this hotel's acceptance of the application under the previous article and the completion of payment of a 30% deposit of the basic accommodation fee for the accommodation period. After the accommodation period has expired and payment of the accommodation fee has been completed, the refund of the deposit will be processed in the system. After the refund is processed by this hotel, it may take some time to confirm the refund by the guest, and there may be delays in the refund process due to malfunctions or other reasons in the payment system provided by a third party, so please understand in advance. For members who own membership NFT, payment of the deposit is not required, on the condition that they hold THE KEY at the corresponding accommodation facility on the accommodation date. For gift recipients, payment of the deposit is not required.

If a guest is obliged to pay a penalty under Article 12 or compensation under Article 17, this hotel will process the refund of the deposit based on the provisions of the previous paragraph, on the condition that this hotel receives payment from the guest for such obligation.
(Refusal to Conclude Accommodation Contract)
Article 4
This hotel may refuse to conclude an accommodation contract in the following cases:
(1) When the application for accommodation does not comply with the provisions of this agreement.
(2) When there is no room available due to full occupancy.
(3) When the person intending to stay has a record of violating the provisions of the accommodation contract or terms and conditions in the past (including non-payment of penalties and damage to this hotel's building and equipment, but not limited to these).
(4) When it is deemed that the person intending to stay may engage in acts that violate laws, public order, or good morals with regard to the accommodation.
(5) When the person intending to stay falls under any of the following:
a) Violence groups as defined in Article 2, item 2 of the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Groups (Act No. 77 of 1991), b) Organizations, including corporations, in which organized crime groups or members of organized crime groups dominate business activities, c) Corporations in which officers include members of organized crime groups
d. When violent demands are made regarding accommodation or excessive burdens beyond a reasonable range are requested.
(6) When it is impossible to accommodate due to natural disasters, facility malfunctions, or other unavoidable reasons.
(Right to cancel Accommodation Contract by Guest)
Article 5
The guest may request the cancellation of the accommodation contract from this hotel.
- If the guest cancels all or part of the accommodation contract due to their own convenience or reasons attributable to them, they shall promptly pay a cancellation fee as specified in Appendix 2 and the hotel shall process the refund of the deposit received based on Article 3, paragraph 1 upon receiving the payment of the cancellation fee from the guest.
- If the payment of the cancellation fee specified in the previous paragraph is not made within two weeks after the cancellation date, this hotel may apply the deposit received in accordance with Article 3, paragraph 1 as a cancellation fee.
- If the guest does not arrive by 8:00 p.m. on the day of accommodation (or two hours after the scheduled arrival time if the scheduled arrival time is specified in advance), this hotel will consider the accommodation contract to have been canceled by the guest.
(Right to cancel Accommodation Contract by the Hotel)
Article 6

This hotel may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases:
(1) When the guest is deemed likely to engage in acts that violate laws, public order, or good morals regarding the accommodation or is found to have engaged in such acts,
(2) When the guest falls under any of the following:
a) Anti-social forces as defined in Article 2, item 2 of the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Groups (Act No. 77 of 1991), b) Organizations, including corporations, in which organized crime groups or members of organized crime groups dominate business activities, c) Corporations in which officers include members of organized crime groups
(3) When the guest demonstrates behavior that causes significant inconvenience to other guests.
(4) When the guest is clearly recognized as having an infectious disease.
(5) When violent demands are made regarding accommodation or excessive burdens beyond a reasonable range are requested.
(6) When it is impossible to accommodate due to reasons caused by force majeure such as natural disasters.
(7) When there is a nuisance related to smoking in the bedroom, mischief against firefighting equipment, or non-compliance with the rules and regulations established by this hotel.
- In the event that this hotel cancels the accommodation contract in accordance with the provisions of the previous paragraph, this hotel will not charge the guest for accommodation services not yet provided.
(Registration of Accommodation)
Article 7

The guest shall register the following information on the application and website used by this hotel by the day of accommodation.
- Guest's name, age, gender, address, and occupation
- For foreigners, nationality, passport number, port of entry, and date of entry
- Departure date and expected departure time
- Other matters deemed necessary by this hotel
(Use Time of Guest Room)
Article 8
- The guest is allowed to use the hotel room from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. the following day. However, in the case of consecutive stays, the room can be used all day except for the arrival and departure days.
- Notwithstanding the provisions of the previous paragraph, this hotel may accommodate guests outside the specified time depending on the availability of rooms. In such cases, an additional fee determined by this hotel will be charged.
(Compliance with Rules and Regulations)
Article 9
The guest shall comply with the rules and regulations posted on the application and website provided by this hotel while inside the hotel.
(Business Hours)
Article 10

The business hours of the main facilities of this hotel shall be as stated in the rules and regulations.
- The business hours specified in the previous paragraph are subject to change without prior notice.
(Payment of Fees)
Article 11
- The breakdown of the accommodation fees and other fees to be paid by the guest is as specified in Appendix 1.
- The payment of the accommodation fees and other fees specified in the previous paragraph shall be made in currency or by credit card at the time of the guest's departure or when requested by this hotel, through the application or website. However, for travelers' checks, accommodation vouchers, barcode payments, and other payment methods recognized by this hotel, this provision does not apply, and payment can also be made using such payment methods.
- Even if this hotel provides a guest room and it becomes available for use, if the guest voluntarily does not stay, the accommodation fee will be charged.
(Responsibility of the Hotel)
Article 12

In the event that this hotel causes damages to the guest due to reasons attributable to this hotel in the performance or non-performance of the accommodation contract and related contracts, this hotel shall compensate for such damages.
- This hotel has subscribed to inn liability insurance for dealing with fires and other major accidents.
(Treatment in the Event that Designated Guest Rooms Cannot Be Provided)
Article 13
- In the event that this hotel cannot provide the guest room designated by the guest, with the guest's consent, this hotel will offer another accommodation facility under the same conditions as much as possible.
- In the event that this hotel cannot arrange for another accommodation facility under the provisions of the preceding paragraph, this hotel will pay compensation equivalent to the amount of the penalty fee and the compensation fee will be applied to the amount of damages. However, if there is no reason attributable to this hotel for the inability to provide the guest room, no compensation fee will be paid.
(Treatment of Deposited Items, etc.)
Article 14

In the event that loss, damage, etc. occurs to items or cash and valuables deposited by the guest with the hotel staff, this hotel shall be liable for such damages, unless due to force majeure. However, with regard to cash and valuables, this hotel will be liable for damages only within the limit of 100,000 yen if the type and value of such cash and valuables have been requested by the hotel (establishment) and the guest has not provided such information.
- If loss, damage, etc. occurs to items or cash and valuables brought into the hotel by the guest and not deposited with the hotel staff due to the willful misconduct or negligence of this hotel, this hotel shall compensate for the damages. However, with regard to items or cash and valuables for which no advance disclosure of the type and value has been made by the guest, this hotel shall compensate for damages only within the limit of 100,000 yen unless the hotel has intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
(Storage of Baggage and Belongings of the Guest)
Article 15
- If the guest's baggage arrives at this hotel before the accommodation, this hotel will store it responsibly and return it to the guest upon check-in, subject to the hotel's prior approval.
- After the guest has checked out, if the guest's baggage or belongings are found to have been left behind at this hotel, this hotel will contact the owner of such items and request instructions from them. However, in cases where there is no owner's instructions or the owner cannot be identified, this hotel will keep such items for 7 days including the date of discovery and then deliver them to the nearest police station. However, perishable food and beverages will be kept until the departure date.
- In regard to the storage of the guest's baggage or belongings mentioned in the previous two paragraphs, the responsibility of this hotel shall be in accordance with the provisions of Article 14, paragraph 1 if applicable. In the case of items or cash and valuables brought into the hotel by the guest and not deposited with the hotel staff, the responsibility of this hotel shall be limited to 100,000 yen unless the hotel has intentional misconduct or gross negligence, unless the type and value of such items or cash and valuables have been declared in advance by the guest.
(Responsibility for Parking)
Article 16
If a guest uses the hotel's parking lot, this hotel will provide a parking space regardless of whether the key to the vehicle is deposited, but it does not assume responsibility for the management of the vehicle. However, if damage is caused by the intentional misconduct or negligence of this hotel in the management of the parking lot, this hotel shall be liable for such damages.
(Responsibility of the Guest)
Article 17
In addition to the cases specified in this agreement and the rules and regulations, if the guest causes damage to this hotel or other guests staying at this hotel due to their intentional or negligent acts, the guest shall compensate for such damages.
(Special Provisions for Gift Recipients)
Article 18
- A person who has received self-useable days as a gift from the owner (hereinafter referred to as "gift recipient") in accordance with the Owner Usage Agreement of NOT A HOTEL may make a reservation application for the day of check-out within 181 days from the day of issue of the gift.
- If the gift recipient cancels all or part of the accommodation contract due to their own convenience or reasons attributable to them, as long as the cancellation notice is made by 31 days before the scheduled accommodation date, they will not lose the right to make a reservation and can make a reservation within the deadline specified in the previous article. If the cancellation notice is made after 30 days have passed since the scheduled accommodation date, the right to make a reservation will be lost.
- In the event that the gift recipient cancels the accommodation contract, no penalty will be charged, regardless of Article 5, paragraph 2.
