At NOT A HOTEL (hereinafter referred to as "the hotel"), we have established the following rules (hereinafter referred to as "these rules") in order to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for our guests based on Article 10 of our accommodation agreement.
(Regarding the Use of the Hotel)
- Please follow the instructions and requests of the hotel employees and staff (hereinafter referred to as "employees, etc.") based on the accommodation agreement and these rules.
- If you do not comply with these rules, we may refuse your stay and the use of the hotel facilities, including the premises, based on Article 7 of the accommodation agreement, and may not accept your future use.
- Please refrain from using the hotel rooms (hereinafter referred to as "guest rooms") for purposes other than normal accommodation, such as for profit or business purposes.
- Do not distribute or display advertisements or sell goods without permission from the hotel on the hotel premises.
- Please refrain from distributing flyers or engaging in promotional activities or religious activities on the hotel premises.
- You are allowed to order from external restaurants and bring in food and drinks. However, please manage hygiene at your own responsibility. The hotel cannot be held responsible for any disadvantages or food poisoning caused by these food and drinks.
- Please refrain from displaying items or objects that may change the appearance of the hotel's exterior or interior according to the hotel's judgment.
- If a minor stays at the hotel alone, please submit a consent form from the parent or legal guardian before check-in. Please note that minors will not be allowed to stay without a consent form.
- Long-term stay contracts do not give rise to rights under tenancy law, residence rights, or any other laws related to residence.
(Regarding Guest Rooms)
- Please lock the guest room for security reasons during your stay.
- If you have a visitor in the guest room, please confirm their visit while the room is locked and refrain from unlocking it without confirmation. If the visitor turns out to be suspicious or if you find a suspicious person within the hotel, please immediately contact the hotel employees, etc.
- Pursuant to Article 8 of our accommodation agreement, please do not allow individuals who are not registered guests or their companions to stay overnight. While visitors who are not staying overnight or their companions may be permitted on the premises, should their stay become excessively long or deemed inappropriate given the nature of their visit, the hotel reserves the right to refuse their stay. Additionally, we kindly request that all visitors not staying overnight or their companions vacate the premises by 11 p.m. on the day of their visit. The hotel also reserves the right to refuse stays if deemed inappropriate based on the purpose of the visit or other considerations.
- Do not move the fittings inside the guest room without permission from the hotel, and do not significantly alter the current state of the room. If there is any loss or damage to the fittings, you may be asked to compensate for the actual cost. Do not take small items or fittings from the guest room outside. Also, please do not place anything near the window or terrace that may change the appearance of the hotel's exterior according to the judgment of the hotel.
- Hotel employees, etc. may enter the guest room and may move items, including personal belongings, after entering the room. Please manage cash and valuables by yourself, and if there are items that should not be moved, please inform the hotel employees, etc. in advance.
- Jumping into the pool is prohibited for safety reasons, so please refrain from doing so.
(Regarding Public Areas)
- Unless there are unavoidable circumstances in an emergency, please do not enter emergency facilities or rooftops.
- Please do not enter areas designated for employees only.
- Please do not leave your belongings in public areas such as hallways.
(Regarding Hygiene Management)
- If you fall under any of the following, you may be asked to refrain from using the facilities in the hotel or restrict your movement within the hotel.
① If you are suspected of being infected with food poisoning such as norovirus.
② If you are suspected of being infected with an infectious disease specified by the Act on the Prevention of Infectious Diseases and the Enforcement Regulations of the Act.
③ If symptoms similar to those mentioned above are observed.
(Regarding Photography)
- Photography or recording for profit or business purposes without permission from the hotel is prohibited. Also, please do not use privately taken photos or videos for profit or business purposes without permission from the hotel.
- Please refrain from any photography that may cause inconvenience or discomfort to other guests or infringe upon the rights and interests of the hotel. In some cases, taking photos without permission from the hotel may be prohibited.
- Regarding photos and videos posted, disclosed, or published by guests on SNS or other platforms, please refrain from posting such materials that violate the above-mentioned rules and materials that the hotel deems inappropriate.
