How to Download the App
The NOT A HOTEL app is currently only available for iOS.
Please search for "NOT A HOTEL" on the App Store and download the app. If you are using an iPhone, you can download it from the QR code above.
What You Can Do with the App
Once you have completed the owner registration, the background of the app screen will turn black. With the owner app, you can manage reservations, chat with the owner's dedicated desk, and manage expenses.
During your stay, the owner app will serve as the key to the house.
Owner | You can check the information of houses you own and make reservations. |

Concierge | You can inquire about and make requests regarding your stay. |
Key | You can check in during your stay. You can unlock the house key and see the password for the owner's closet. |
My Page | You can check your income and expenses*1, owner information, and stay history. |
*1 After the initial income and expenditure are determined, the income statement will be displayed and can be confirmed on My Page.
During Your Stay
Making a Reservation for Personal Use
- From the app's home screen, select the NOT A HOTEL you want to stay at*2
- The details of the selected NOT A HOTEL will be displayed. Select Use at the bottom of the page.
- From the usage selection screen, select Personal Use.
- Select the number of guests and proceed to the next step.
- Select a date and proceed to the next step. By selecting View Available Dates, you can check the remaining available dates for reservation.

A reservation confirmation screen will appear, where you can check the entered information. Select Confirm Reservation at the bottom of the page to complete the reservation.
*2 If you have completed the owner registration, the list of houses you own will be displayed in black. If you have not completed the owner registration, please complete it using the separate email.
Gifting a Stay
- Select the house you want to use as a gift from the MY HOUSE section of the app's home screen.
- The details of the selected house will be displayed. Select Use at the bottom of the page.
- From the usage selection screen, select Gift.
- Select the number of nights for the gift and click Next. By selecting View available nights, you can check the number of nights available for gifting.
- A confirmation screen for the gift details will appear, where you can check the entered information. Select Create Gift Code at the bottom of the page.
- After creating the gift code, you can select Send Gift Code to send the gift code to your friends or acquaintances.
Adding, Changing, or Cancelling Meals
- Check your reservation details from the key.
- Select the reservation details you want to change during your stay.
- Tap the Add button for meals
- Select the desired meal for the desired date
During Your Stay
Contacting via Chat
After your reservation is complete, you can use the app's Concierge feature to make inquiries about your stay. If you would like to chat, please follow the instructions below.
- Select Concierge from the app.
- Select the reservation you want to inquire about.
- Start chatting with the concierge.
Check-in Process
You can use the key in the app to check in at the check-in time.
Note that check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
- From the app, select the reservation card you want to check in for with the Key feature.
- Select Check-in.
- The guest information will be displayed. Select Check In and Open Key.

Check-in and unlocking will be completed.
*3 The button will be available for selection at the check-in time on the check-in day.
