You can split the usage fee during your stay from the app.
Only the reservation holder can set up the split payment.
After checking out, we will notify the reservation holder through the app once the amount is finalized.
After that, please follow the steps below:
Reservation Holder
- Tap the "Split Payment" button at the bottom of the app's payment screen
- Once you're on the split payment screen, tap "Add members to request payment" and register the number of people and amount to split (the initial value is divided by the number of registered people)
- You can optionally change the name of the payment members
- Once the split payment amount is confirmed, tap "Request payment"
- A payment code will be issued, so send the URL to the split payment recipient
Split Payment Recipient
- Open the URL sent by the reservation holder
- Login with your NOT A HOTEL account (if you don't have an account, please register a new account)
- Confirm the payment amount in the "Payment Details" and proceed with the payment.

Notes
- Receipts will be issued per split payment, and it is not possible to issue a receipt for the total billing amount
- After setting up the split payment, you cannot change the number of people or the amount
