Should you wish to arrange a taxi, please contact the concierge via the app.

As it may take some time for the taxi to arrive after your request, kindly contact us via chat by 9:30 PM the day before your desired pick-up date.

 

*The chat concierge is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. For a smooth arrangement, we kindly ask for your cooperation in making requests during operating hours.


Please review the following methods should you wish to initiate a chat.

  1. Select Concierge from the app.
  2. Select your reservation during your stay.
  3. The chat screen will appear. Please inquire about taxi arrangements.
