2. Setting Up and Playing a Record
- Setting up the record: Open the dust cover and gently place the record on the turntable’s spindle. If you are playing a 7-inch (EP) record, attach the included EP adapter to the spindle before placing the record.
- Selecting the rotation speed: Choose the appropriate speed for the record using the speed selector:
- 33 1/3 RPM (long-play records)
- 45 RPM (singles)
- Starting playback: Press the START button. The platter will begin spinning, and the tonearm will automatically move to the record’s starting position to begin playback.
3. Adjusting the Volume
- Using the volume control: Adjust the volume by turning the knob on the volume controller. Gradually increase the volume to a comfortable level.
4. Stopping Playback
- How to stop: Press the STOP button. The tonearm will return to its original position, and the platter will stop spinning. Once playback is finished, the tonearm will automatically return, and the platter will stop.
