After completing the reservation, you can inquire about your stay by selecting 'Concierge' from the app.
If you wish to chat, please follow the steps below.

  1. Select 'Concierge' from the app.
  2. Select the reservation you want to inquire about.
  3. The chat screen will appear. Please inquire about your stay.
The content of the Help Center, various terms and conditions, and policies are provided in both English and Japanese. However, in the event of any inconsistencies, the interpretation in Japanese prevails in all respects.
