If you want to issue a receipt, please check the following methods:
Issue and save a receipt
- Select Stay/Gift History from the app's My Page.
- Select the reservation for which you want to issue a receipt.
- The details of the selected reservation will be displayed. Select Issue Receipt at the bottom of the page.
- The receipt will be issued.
- The document will be saved as a PDF file, allowing you to select the desired destination—such as a file-sharing platform or messaging app—and send it accordingly.
*1 For reservations made through various reservation sites, please check the receipt from the reservation site for the stay expenses. For additional orders incurred during your stay, the settlement amount will be finalized the day after your check-out, so please make your payment from My Page in the application and issue a receipt.
