If you wish to use the cold water bath at the house, please follow the instructions below.
At NOT A HOTEL, the cold water bath can only be operated via the provided iPad.
If you are staying at NOT A HOTEL FUKUOKA, the cold water bath can be controlled by the water filling button and the knob below it for temperature adjustment.
Filling the Bath with Water Select the room with the cold water bath from the home screen of the provided iPad. *It is usually located in the bathroom. Choose the cold water bath from the list of equipment. The water filling button will appear. Select 'Fill with water'. You can change the set temperature of the cold water bath. Select the current set temperature and move the slider to change it.
If you set the temperature below 15°C, a freezing alert will appear. If you wish to proceed with this setting, select 'Set'.
It takes about one hour to lower the water temperature by 1°C.
If you set a low water temperature, there is an increased risk of heat shock, so please set a temperature that is comfortable for you without overexerting yourself.
