Operating the Devices
You can effortlessly control the devices in your room, such as the air conditioner, lighting, and curtains, with simple voice commands. Just address the iPad with “Hi, Kevin,” and make adjustments without needing to touch remotes or switches, ensuring a comfortable stay.
Example Commands:
Air Conditioner: Say, “Hi, Kevin, set the air conditioner to 25 degrees” to adjust the temperature.
Lighting Scenes: Request “Hi, Kevin, set the lighting to relax mode” or “Hi, Kevin, brighten the room” to easily control the lighting ambiance.
Curtains: Say, “Hi, Kevin, close the curtains,” and they will automatically close.
Batch Commands: Use phrases like “Hi, Kevin, good morning” or “Hi, Kevin, good night” to control multiple devices at once.
Inquire About Amenities
Ask Kevin for information about the location of amenities in the room, such as towels, slippers, or cutlery. If you’re unsure where a particular item is, Kevin will promptly assist.
Example Commands:
“Hi, Kevin, where are the slippers?” will inform you of the location of the slippers.
“Hi, Kevin, where is the bath towel?” will instantly provide the location of the towels.
Check the Weather
Kevin can quickly provide the current weather or the forecast for tomorrow, helping you plan your activities during your stay.
Example Commands:
“Hi, Kevin, what’s the weather like today?” to receive the current conditions and temperature.
“Hi, Kevin, what’s the weather tomorrow?” to hear the forecast for the next day.
Additional Important Information
- Kevin’s Responses: To initiate any question or command, simply start by addressing “Kevin.” The system only operates within your room and provides easy access to devices and amenities available there.
- Unsupported Commands: Some tasks, like ordering from the menu or changing reservations, are beyond Kevin’s capabilities. For these requests, please use the iPad or a mobile app.
With Kevin, you can enjoy seamless control of your room’s features and easy access to information, enhancing the comfort of your stay through voice commands.
