How to set Clean Skip

1. Select the reservation card for your stay from the app's Key menu.
2. Turn on Skip Cleaning.

How to cancel Clean Skip

1. To cancel Clean Skip, select the reservation card for your stay from the app's Key menu.
2. Turn off Skip Cleaning.
3. Clean Skip will be canceled.

If Clean Skip is turned on at 11:00, the cleaning for that day will be skipped. Please understand in advance.
