Check-in and Check-out Time

Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.

Check-in Location

From 8 AM to 10 PM: Intercom next to the automatic door in front of the EV.

From 10 PM to 8 AM: Intercom next to the automatic door at the entrance of the building.

Check-in Procedure

You can operate the House at the available check-in time with the key in the application.
For information on how to check-in and enter the House, please refer to the following instructions.

1. Select the reservation card you wish to check-in from the in-app key.
2. Select “Check-in”.
3. The information of the person staying will be displayed. If the information is correct, check the checkbox after reading the NOT A HOTEL FUKUOKA Facility Handling Manual.
   1. If there are any errors in the information, you can edit the information by clicking on the “Change” button.
4. Enter the 4-digit PIN code into the door phone at the entrance.
5. Tap the unlock button to unlock the door.

How to Enter the House

1. Select the key from the application.
2. Select the checked-in reservation card and choose to unlock the target door.
3. The door will be unlocked.

Check-out Procedure

1. Select the reservation card you wish to check out from the in-app key.
2. Select “Check out”.
3. Check-out will be completed.
   *After settling the charges for your stay, the app will notify you of payment instructions.
