I want to make a reservation for accommodation.

Please check below for instructions on how to make a hotel reservation.

Making a Reservation (for general customers)

1. Select NOT A HOTEL from the App home screen.
2. The details of the selected NOT A HOTEL will be displayed. Select Reserve at the bottom of the page.
3. Select the number of guests and click Next.
4. Select an available date and click Next.
5. The reservation confirmation screen will be displayed. You can review the input information. You can make changes by selecting Edit. Select Confirm Reservation at the bottom of the page to complete the reservation.

Making a Reservation (for NOT A HOTEL owners)

1. Select the NOT A HOTEL you want to stay at from the App home screen.
2. The details of the selected NOT A HOTEL will be displayed. Select Use at the bottom of the page.
3. From the usage selection screen, select Personal Use.
4. Select the number of guests and click Next.
5. Select a date and click Next. By selecting Check Available Nights, you can confirm the remaining number of available nights.
6. The reservation confirmation screen will be displayed. You can review the input information. You can make changes by selecting Edit. Select Confirm Reservation at the bottom of the page to complete the reservation.
   *Reservations are accepted until 5pm on the day before your stay
