By contacting us through the chat in the app, you can make changes to your accommodation reservation.

If you want to change the date of a completed reservation, please follow the steps below.

1. Select Concierge from the app.
2. Select the reservation you want to change.
3. The chat screen will be displayed. Please inquire about the changes you want to make.
