I want to cancel my reservation.

If you want to cancel your accommodation reservation, you can cancel it using the following method.

Cancel accommodation reservation

  1. From the app's My Page, select "Stay/Gift History".
  2. Select the reservation you want to cancel.
  3. The selected reservation details will be displayed. Select "Cancel Reservation" at the bottom of the page.
  4. A confirmation screen for reservation cancellation will be displayed. By selecting "Cancel Reservation", the cancellation will be completed.

Please note that cancellation fees may apply when canceling a reservation. For more details, please check the Cancellation Policy.
