  1. Select Concierge from the app.
  2. Select the reservation you forgot.
  3. The chat screen will appear. Please inquire about the lost item.
The content of the Help Center, various terms and conditions, and policies are provided in both English and Japanese. However, in the event of any inconsistencies, the interpretation in Japanese prevails in all respects.
