The authentication code to enter on the entrance intercom can be obtained from the NOT A HOTEL app or the web key screen.
If the key is not unlocked even after entering the authentication code, please verify that the code is correct.
If you are unable to unlock even after entering the correct code, please contact the operator via chat.
Obtaining the authentication code
- Select the reservation card you want to check the authentication code from the app's key.
- Select Show code for the key you want to obtain the authentication code for.
*The authentication code can be checked after check-in.
Chatting
- Select Concierge from the app.
- Select your reservation during your stay.
- The chat screen will be displayed. Please inquire about the inability to unlock the key.
